Young people from different backgrounds have a huge impact on us and all our activities. They highlight those parts of the society that are broken, so we can help them in all possible ways to regain hope and flourish in life in Salé, Rabat.

Today’s youth need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them like our own with the activities in our association Essalam Nationale.

We run small-scale schools for the underprivileged children and youth of daily wage workers for a better future in our community in Salé.

Our numbers that speak
At Essalam, we don’t just count numbers—we count stories. Every year, more than 1,800 children, youth, and people in vulnerable situations find in our community a space for support, education, and hope. For over 30 years, we have been working in Salé and Rabat with a strong commitment to building a better future, where no one is left behind.
Through more than 150 activities every year, we provide opportunities for learning, integration, and development. Behind every number, there are people, dreams, and shared efforts. Our work would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteer members, who devote their time and hearts to ensuring that Essalam continues to grow.
We keep moving forward, driven by the belief that a fairer world is built through small actions every day. Together, we can make a difference.
